Step 1: You have an idea 
Dreaming of hosting an exhibition, event, or workshop? We’re here to help make it happen!

Step 2: Get information

You can find information about our activity and events on our website, you can send your questions via email at  info@artfix.org.uk or ask our local staff when you visit our spaces.

Step 3: Fill out our booking form or get in touch
Provide some basic details, like the event name, preferred date, and a portfolio (if applicable).

Step 4: Meet to discuss details
Once we receive your request, our expert events team will get in touch to discuss any further details and marketing support.

Step 5: Review the Terms & Conditions

Step 6:  Confirm and Book your date 
After finalising the details, we’ll lock in your booking.

Step 7: Make your payment 
To secure your space, payment is required before the event. We always offer our spaces and services at the most affordable prices so that we support all creative endeavours of our local communities.

Step 8: Marketing your event 
Receive support to spread the word about your event. Our team works closely with you to ensure a seamless promotional campaign, both online and offline.
