Aim to arrive 5-10 mins before the start of class. I am unable to allow late comers in once the class has started. Just arrive ready for practice, wear something comfortable allowing you to move comfortably in. Clean, sanitised mats and props are provided.
Tu Chan is 200hrs Certified Yoga Teacher registered with Yoga Alliance Int. and a Mindfulness and Meditation teacher registered with the Int. Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance.
Yoga and Mindfulness has bought her so many benefits for her body, mind and overall wellbeing. She is passionate to share these teachings to everybody, to introduce the practice and make it assessable and affordable to all in her local community in and around SE London and encourage the practice of mindfulness and meditation in their daily lives.
Her moderate, gentle morning vinyasa and hatha style flows will get your muscle and joints moving and your mind focused – all with awareness. Suitable for everybody. Her intension is to set you up for the day ahead to feel present, centered and uplifted as well as encouraging you to build a habit that will carry you forwards in the years to come.
Her classes are offered as a donation based ‘pay what you feel’ basis (suggested min. of £4.00 ) so that you can make a choice of what to donate. The suggested minimum is there to go towards covering her expenses, time and knowledge-sharing.
Tu Chan will be practising here at the artFix Cafe, Woolwich every Monday mornings at 7am, starting from the 31st October. She would love for you to start that morning practice, new hobby, challenge, something new, something different with her or you can view it as taking care of yourself. Flexibility is not a prerequisite at all! All that’s needed is your body, mind and breath.
