Irene Miguel is the owner, founder and director of Irene Miguel Academy.

The winner of the salsa UK Lifestyle Achievement Award 2006, Irene is a leading choreographer, performer and teacher with a background in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary dance, Yoga and Pilates. With 20 years of experience in dance and fitness she has developed her own training systems:
Danzalifestyle Systems, the world’s first holistic approach to Salsa and Mambo. The systems include an emphasis on musicality, improvisation, posture, breathing, flexibility and safety.

19:00 - 20:00: Salsa Class - Open Levels 

20:00 - 23:00: Social dancing  - Food and drinks available 

Bookings are recommended, as places are limited, but you may also get your ticket at the venue.
