Recyclable creations, arts and crafts
A workshop by Jennie Grace
ArtFix is thrilled to announce new and upcoming workshops brought to you by the lovely artist Jennie Grace.
Recycled artwork involves using what we already have instead of simply discarding it. Items such as newspapers, plastic bottles, tins, cans or cardboard can be turned into wonderful creations!
Jennie’s art workshops aim to encourage people to see potential out of our waste objects. As well as being creative we can look after our environment, protect wildlife, children and animals!
Just think of how many plastic bottles go to the landfill just from Greenwich borough alone.
Let’s try give recycling art a go and see what we can make together!
1st Session: Learn how to make recyclable arts and crafts
In this initial session you will learn how to make a variety of recycled art objects from a diverse range of materials and utensil. With the bonus that at the end of the session you will be able to take home the objects that you have created!
Friendly reminder: you DO NOT need to bring any art materials unless you want to. All materials and art utensils will be supplied at the workshop; just come in ready to learn and maybe wear something that you don’t mind getting a bit of paint on!
Anyone is welcome to take part, however, please remember to get your ticket for the workshop online via our website, as places are limited.
We look forward to seeing you at artFix Woolwich for this unique recyclable crafty workshop.
Bookings are closed for this event.
