Kids Yoga and Crafts Class / Workshop

Combining Yoga and Crafts in a fun and didactic approach where kids will be presented with a storytelling whilst learning simple yoga poses, playing games and making origami.

Children can learn about Yoga whilst following a story which features characters who children are able to relate to.

The stories will include useful learning tools for daily life. The class will also be an opportunity to practice
mindfulness whilst painting and colouring specially designed print-outs which will be provided.

The last part of the class will be dedicated to making some origami and playing a game such as Sleeping Lions, and finally closing with a mini kids Savasana meditation.

The Teacher

Nina is a qualified Kids Yoga Instructor. She is also a TEFL teacher and has recently returned from Spain following a year teaching English in a private school.

Her recent experience of teaching incorporates Crafts within her Yoga classes, which has been proven to be very beneficial to teach children mindfulness and also gives them time to relax.
