We understand that many adverse health conditions have an emotional origin and recognise the profound health benefits gained from deliberate practice of Flow Arts.
Our aim is to encourage and empower participants through individual focused coaching sessions, raising awareness to the associated intrinsic benefits of each discipline, in addition to providing tools for continual life-long learning. The range of movement-based disciplines address a wide range of emotional and physical health challenges, exploring a holistic approach to achieve optimum wellbeing.
First Session – Juggling Wellness Workshop
Whether you are an advanced juggler or complete novice, this workshop will provide fresh ideas and holistic techniques to improve your juggling skills with immediate results.
The first session will provide insights and principles to juggle 3 balls effectively along with a set of premium juggling balls to take away and continue your life-long practice.
André Theodore has over 18 years of experience as a holistic practitioner and has facilitated corporate and community wellness events over the past 4 years. André has successfully secured funding through Royal Borough of Greenwich Public Health fund initiatives and is an active community champion.
André is committed to learning and sharing techniques to improve emotional and physical health outcomes.
