Eco-art & Storytelling Workshop

Fun for all the family. Learn how to create art from recycled materials

“I am Penny and I run nanandvan art workshops and storytelling across the UK. Join one of my workshops and share my passion for art and expression using natural and recycled materials”.

This Christmas workshop will be done using up-cycled DVD’s and old vinyl records to make unique gifts. Something for all ages and for everyone, like a bandanna for your dog, a bag for your gifts, vinyl record “cards” and memories, etc

Penny has also just launched a new book: ‘The Big Idea, an Eco-Christmas. When Santa announces he is going to change Christmas’.
A great opportunity to know more about it and talk with the author first hand!

Live Painting & Tea Bag Printing

Lucia Colella will be opening the canvas for you to paint freely and follow her unique technique. If you have been to artFix Woolwich then you would probably have seen Lucia painting to the sound of music and you would probably seen some of her incredible creations around the cafe.
This Christmas she will also show you how to make tea bags prints, a fun and unique activity for the kids and the whole family.

Lucia is also an art therapist and runs workshops with many groups in the community, including autistic children and homeless, amongst other vulnerable groups. Come and meet the artist, the teacher and the friend of Woolwich community.

Every drawing is an adventure, full of adrenaline in finding balance, beauty, and harmony

Salsa Show with Open Class

Gianni & Valeria have been running dance classes at artFix Woolwich since September and they will now show you what it is all about, and why so many people come back week after week. Fun and engaging, with a mix of single footwork and dance in couple. Predominantly Salsa, but also Rueda de Casino, Merengue and Bachata. All very popular Caribbean and South America dance styles!

They will perform for you at the cafe area and will then open the dance floor to give you a free tasting session of their classes.

Acting Studio Showcase

The students from the acting classes at artFix Woolwich will present you with a showcase which culminates with the end of the course this year.

Adam is a Polish-born, London based actor, director, dance dramaturg and designer. He set up an acting studio and been running classes at artFix since June. The courses will continue next year and are open for professionals and beginners with the passion of acting.

This Christmas they have prepared a series of scenes and monologues and are now ready to share it with you!

DEIS UK has been partnering with artFix for a over a year, promoting exciting new artists and creating a great sense of community at artFix Greenwich.

This Special Christmas edition they will bring their great youth enthusiasm and performances to Woolwich and close this special day in great style with the following musicians:
