We trace the history of flamenco and its influences, and by doing so we create contemporary choreography fusions

Short introduction to the work/ research we have done to inspire our choreography

Choreography performance mixing dance movements from ‘Byzantium’ and ‘Flamenco Seguiryas’

Short Break

Flamenco “Palos”
Explanation of the different rhythms

Colombianas with Fan
Choreography performance with fan

Practical Workshop
Practical exercises with audience: clapping, footwork, basic rhythms and short choreography
